- Ingredients
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and left whole
- 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
- Shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate.
