Lucia's Dressing


  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. wine vinegar (or 3-4 dashes of Tobasco)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Oregano



  • Directions
  • Put all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Refrigerate.
